Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any Rewardly service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Rewardly provides a digital loyalty and voucher platform that enables businesses to create wallet-native loyalty cards, digital vouchers, and push notification campaigns for their customers.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Rewardly is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
