Lead with the value
The number is the voucher. Everything else, the name, the terms, the date, is there to support it. Keep the title short and let the value be the biggest thing on the sheet. The templates size it to fit, so a long offer in words still reads.
Give it an expiry and a code
A voucher with no end date hangs around for years and is awkward at the till. Twelve months is the usual. A code, even a simple one, tells your staff this is one of yours. Note the code when you hand the voucher over so you can tick it off when it comes back.
Make it a gift, not a receipt
Most vouchers are bought for someone else. The To, From and message lines are what make it feel like a present. Leave a name empty and the voucher prints a line, so the buyer can write it in by hand.
Print it properly
The voucher is DL size, 210 × 99 mm: a third of A4, and it fits a standard DL envelope. The print PNG is 406 dpi. Take it to a print shop on 300 g card, or print on good paper at home and cut it. For email or WhatsApp use the sharing PNG, which is lighter.
