Questions about selling gift vouchers
They open your voucher shop link, or the shop embedded on your website, choose the voucher and amount and pay online. The voucher arrives by email right after payment, ready to add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet or to print as a PDF.
No. You get a shop page with its own link that you can share anywhere. If you do have a website, you can embed the shop there as well.
Vouchers are part of the Professional plan. Rewardly takes no commission on voucher sales. Stripe charges its standard card fee on each payment.
Payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to your bank on its regular schedule. You can see every payout in Rewardly and export it to CSV.
The customer shows the QR code from their wallet, email or printout. Your staff scan it with the Rewardly scanner or your connected POS and enter the amount. Whatever is left stays on the voucher.
Yes. At checkout they add the recipient's name, email and a personal message, and the recipient gets the voucher by email right after payment.
Yes. Every voucher can be printed or saved as a PDF with its QR code and voucher code, so it works as a paper gift as well. If you only need a printable design, the free gift voucher maker makes one in a few minutes.
Yes. Besides vouchers with a credit balance, you can sell passes with a set number of uses, for example 10 coffees or 5 visits. The pass in the wallet shows how many uses are left. Sending as a gift with a personal message works for gift vouchers, not for passes.
Yes. Prepare the Christmas voucher as a draft, then archive your regular one and publish the new one. Vouchers you have already sold stay valid.
