What staff see when they scan the card
On Storyous, the till asks Rewardly for an offer and shows the guest's first name, points and stamps, tier, what this bill earns and which rewards or credit can be used. On Dotykačka, the scan selects the customer, and the till shows the values Rewardly wrote onto that customer: one points value, a discount group and the account balance.
How rewards and credit are used
On Storyous, rewards appear as vouchers the waiter can switch off, and credit is filled in automatically and can be lowered or declined. On Dotykačka, staff ring up products Rewardly created, such as a free copy of the reward product, and credit is spent from the Dotykačka account balance.
Counting points
Dotykačka can count points per product itself, and Rewardly shows the result on the wallet card. Storyous sends Rewardly the paid bill, and Rewardly counts.
Cancelled bills and several places
Storyous reverses the loyalty of a cancelled bill. For Dotykačka this has not been verified, so ask us before you rely on it. Storyous connects place by place and creates a Rewardly location for each. Dotykačka connects one cloud with all its branches, and you pair each branch with a Rewardly location.
