Dotykačka loyalty program
POS integration with Rewardly

Rewardly writes loyalty values straight onto the customer in Dotykačka: points, credit balance and a discount group based on tier. The till uses them like its own data. Paid orders flow back to Rewardly and the customer's Wallet card updates.

What it looks like at the till

In Dotykačka, staff load the customer's card first and then ring up the bill as usual. Points, credit and discounts are stored on the customer, so the till shows them straight away.

Load the card
Via the three dots and Načítať kód, staff scan the QR code on the card or use an external reader.

The till shows the points
Next to the customer is the current balance (14 bodov) and the points for this purchase (+100 bodov). They are added once the bill is closed.

Redeem a reward
A reward is a product with FREE!! in the name. It is rung up for 0.00 € and the points are deducted.

Then in Rewardly
Once the bill is paid, Dotykačka sends the order to Rewardly. New points are added, redeemed ones are deducted, and the card on the customer's phone is up to date straight away.

Good to know for your staff

Customer first, then products. Without a loaded card no points are added.
Rewards are products with FREE!! in the name. They are rung up like any item for 0.00 €.
For cashback, staff enter points, not euros: 1 point is 1 cent.

Tiers and member discounts become percentage discount groups. The till applies them on its own at every branch.

If Dotykačka already gives points or stamps for specific products, Rewardly picks them up and customers see them on their Wallet card.

Rewardly creates products in Dotykačka for redeeming rewards and paying with points. Staff ring them up like any other item.

Approve the connection by signing in to Dotykačka, with no keys to copy. Then pair your branches with locations in Rewardly.

Customer in the POS
Every Rewardly card gets a matching Dotykačka customer with the card's barcode. When staff scan the card, the till selects the customer straight away.

Values stay in sync
Once the order is paid, Rewardly records the reward and brings the customer in Dotykačka up to date.

Only prepaid credit goes to the account balance, not cashback.
Tier discounts are percentages, one group per customer, and need the Dotykačka discount module.
An order without a scanned card earns nothing.
